What is this session about?

Infrastructure as Code is no longer optional for teams running production workloads on Azure. But the question that comes up in almost every project is the same: should we use Terraform or Bicep? Both tools can provision the same resources, but they make very different tradeoffs around portability, state management, language complexity, and integration with Azure-native features.
